[Bug] Sign Color Picker doesn't show up properly

When I open the Sign Color Picker, it shows the "Ok" and "Cancel" round buttons, but doesn't show the color picker, actually.
The picker's "hotspots" are there: can click somewhere and then click on "ok", and a color is selected, and I can paint and write with it.
