Yep, what you need is in the lib/mods/net.lugdunon.world.clover.sprite.jar
Everything is organized into packages / directories, just like the music files are.
The framesets are defined in the Definition.json files for each of the sprite types (net.lugdunon.world.clover.sprite.human.female for instance) with the actual base sprite image being the base.png, and associated layers can be found in the equipment/* and hair/* packages.
