I found Lugdunon on a search for a Minecraft like game for the Chromebook. Then I found Lugdunon while it was in alpha. I think i found it through chrome expiremnts but I'm not 100% sure.

Similar for me, i found it through indiegame db and liked it so much i created http://lugdunoncity.org... I also wrote a web app to list active lugdunon games before the official lugdunon distrib allows this same feature. Will be glad when my app is redundant

A friend of mine was browsing reddit - someone had posted about 'this cool game that everyone should play' - they commented that they were the only person on the server.
My buddy grabbed up the game real quick and told me about it - his idea was that if we jumped on the game now, once it became popular we'd already be high level.
And so began our quest to be awesome or something.
