Yeah, I am trying to get a patch out soon that will fix some of the lagginess.
A lot of it seems to be centered around player movement (I seem to have either introduced or magnified the effects of a bug when implementing variable movement speed). There also seems to be a much more pronounced hit when players are logging in and also when they are transitioning between instances. I have an idea or two on how to approach fixing those at least.
I am glad you are still enjoying it and will hopefully have the playability improved upon shortly.
